Short Presentation
Journal of Research and Innovation for Sustainable Society (JRISS) is a semi-annually ( in March and November ) open access journal, peer-reviewed, and refereed journal published by THOT Publishing House, Romania. The main objective of JRISS is to promote interdisciplinary studies in engineering, business and social science.
The authors assume responsibility for the authenticity of published manuscripts and grant the journal the exclusive right of publication. The editorial activity is coordinated by the Editorial Board, which is headed by the editor-in-chief, Prof. PhD. Ghimisi Stefan. The journal publishes in English, and applies the peer review rule. The journal appears electronic with ISSN
Fees for publication/review:If the manuscript is accepted for publication in the journal Journal of Research and Innovation for Sustainable Society, authors will be asked to pay 200 lei( 50 EURO ). There are no fees for receiving the papers

Open access policy
Open access policy: Journal of Research and Innovation for Sustainable Society is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, subject to the following conditions:
- to mention the name of author (s), title of the article and the fact that the article is published in Journal of Research and Innovation for Sustainable Society;
- to reproduce exactly (or to indicate if changes were made) when the material is quoted, used, discussed or multiplied.
This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Repository policy: The authors can archive pre-print versions of their paper on preprint servers.
The authors are allowed to use of the final published version of their article or publisher’s version/pdf for self-archiving (author’s personal website) and/or archiving in a repository (mentioning the fact that the article is published in Journal of Research and Innovation for Sustainable Society).
